How to care for graphic shirts/hoodies 🧼🫧

While having an item that is great quality ensures it’ll last a multitude of washes, we can always do steps on our part to help guarantee it’s longevity and the integrity of the graphic itself.

Tip #1: WASH IT INSIDE OUT

To prevent cracking or fading, an easy thing to do is to wash it inside out. This helps protect the graphic during the wash cycle. Protects it against the process of the wash and chemicals that may alter the appearance of the design. Basically less harsh inside out.

Tip #2: USE COLD WATER

the goal here is to preserve the design as long as we can, so using water that is too hot will cause the design to fade quicker overtime. PLUSSS cold water helps save money on that electricity bill 😌💸 so really it’s a win win 😂

Tip #3: DO NOT IRON ON THE GRAPHIC 🚫👎🏽

you can iron AROUND it and flip the shirt over ON THE BACK and iron the back of it very LIGHLTLY ,which I still wouldn’t do often, but just like the cold water tip, we really want to cut down on heat to preserve our graphic design. That’s our goal.

🤫SIDE BAR: wear and tear on a graphic tee does look cool as fuck sometimes,  I won’t lie! Lol that’s definitely a look too but we’re gonna get back on track I just wanted to say that real quick cause I’m a fan of both looks🤫

Tip #4 : AVOID THE DRYER

(Now I am guilty of this I won’t LIE, I don’t leave them in the WHOLE dry cycle but I will get them 70% dry first lol, I dry them INSIDE OUT)

As stated before we want to avoid heat so cutting back on heat as much as possible is the goal here to help protect the graphic. Alternative is to air dry them inside the house or inside out OUTSIDE .
